A ridge of high pressure will build over the South Coast tonight giving mainly dry conditions to the region through Monday afternoon. Another frontal system will approach the South Coast Monday evening giving snow to the alpine regions of Whistler and a mix of rain and snow to the Northshore mountains.

Tuesday morning with an upper trough behind the front bringing an unstable and colder airmass on Tuesday afternoon. A ridge of high pressure building over the South Coast on Wednesday giving generally dry conditions through Friday.

Snowfall amount nil.
Alpine low minus 9.
Freezing level falling to valley bottom.
Mountain top winds south 20 km/h becoming light this evening.

Monday..Sunny with increasing cloud in the afternoon. Flurries developing in the evening.
Snowfall amount up to 2 cm.
Alpine high minus 5.
Freezing level 1200 metres.
Mountain top winds becoming southerly 30 gusting 50 km/h.

Tuesday..Periods of snow.
Snowfall amount 5 to 10 cm.
Freezing level falling to 800 metres.

Wednesday..Mostly sunny.
Freezing level 1200 metres
