Cool And Unstable Airmass

With A Cool And Unstable Airmass In Place Flurries Will Continue At Times Tonight Into Thursday With A Few More Cm Of The White Stuff Likely. The Flurries Will Taper Off By Thursday Evening As A High Pressure Ridge Approaches From The West.

Tonight..A Few Flurries. Alpine Low Minus 9.
Snowfall Accumulation 2 To 4 Cm. Freezing Level Near Valley Bottom.
Mountain Top Winds Southeasterly 40 Gusting 60 Km/H Increasing To 60 Gusting To 90 Late This Evening.

Thursday.. Flurries Ending In The Morning. A Mix Of Sun And Clouds With A Chance Of A Flurry Thereafter. Alpine High Minus 6.
Snowfall Accumulation 2 Cm. Freezing Level Near Valley Bottom.
Mountain Top Winds Becoming Southerly 20 Km/H In The Morning.

Friday.. Mainly Cloudy With A Chance Of Flurries. Freezing Level Near Valley Bottom.

Saturday.. Snow. Snowfall Accumulation 10 To 20 Cm.
Freezing Level Near Valley Bottom.

Sunday.. A Few Flurries. Snowfall Accumulation 2 To 4 Cm. Freezing Level Near Valley Bottom.

5 Day Trend.. A Weak High Pressure Ridge Will Bring Relatively Dry Conditions On Friday But It Will Be Short Lived. A Strong Pacific Disturbance Is Expected To Spread Snow Into The District Friday Night And Saturday. In The Wake Of This Disturbance Yet Another Cool And Unstable Airmass Will Give More Flurries To The Region On Sunday.
